Reliability – We are Local and here to stay. We invest in our lawn mowing equipment and maintain it properly to ensure we are ready to serve you at all times. We sharpen our blades daily, to ensure a crisp cut on every blade of grass. We live in Riley/Memphis and are vested in keeping our neighborhood looking beautiful!
Communication – At Cottington's Lawn Care, we answer phone calls whenever possible. At times, we are working on a client’s property. We try to return missed calls during the day or at the very latest, end of day . If you have a question or concern about the work being performed, you can talk directly to the owner of the company. He is the one doing the work each week and will understand to help resolve the problem.
No Contracts – Clients don’t need to sign a contract! We feel that contracts are not necessary, we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with our work on your property. Our typical weekly mowing season starts in April and ends October 31st. We do however give our residential clients a "lawn agreement" to help better understand the what's in store for the upcoming season, late fees associated, and types of services being offered.
Professional – We are uniformed and professional. Cottington's Lawn Care is licensed and insured to perform the lawn services we offer in the areas we serve.
