How do we handle billing?
We service your property during the month and bill for services at the end of each month. Payment is due within 30 days by one of our payment methods. If payment is not received before the due date, there is a $20 late fee added to the next invoice.
Do you offer bi-weekly cutting?
We would like to service your property every week to keep your property looking nice. It is best to follow the 1/3 rule and only cut off 1/3 of blade height during each cut. If your property is serviced every two weeks, we would be cutting off more than 1/2 of the blade length and damage your turf. During slow growth or drought, we have no problem skipping your lawn.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes we do! You can choose to prepay for the whole season and save 5% based on 28 weeks. The spring and fall clean up are also FREE if you chose this option. Prepayment must be made by April 15th to receive discount.

What is included with weekly cutting?
Our weekly mowing service includes mowing your lawn, trimming around obstacles, and blowing off clippings from hard surfaces. Driveways and sidewalks will be edged every other week.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed as well! If we happen to miss anything or you are unhappy with service, please let us know right away so we can make necessary adjustments.
What happens on our cut date if it rains during the week?
We can control a lot of things, weather is not one of them. We do our best to keep your lawn mowed on its scheduled day and catch up during the week. When it rains during the week we will be behind as many days as the weather has delayed us.
Do you offer one time cuts?
No, we do not offer one time mowing service. This allows us to maintain our premium service specifically for dedicated clients who hire us for the entire mowing season.
We have found that limiting one time services has allowed to us deliver more reliable and higher quality service to our dedicated clients.
Can you cut my lawn shorter?
We use our best judgement to determine the best cut height for a healthy lawn. You can request a specific height of cut, and if possible, we will do our best to accommodate that request. When grass is cut really short, it creates a shallow root system, allows weeds to thrive, and often doesn't look good.
